STEP 2: Gather Required Information
This step is simple and straightforward. You simply need to gather some basic information about your old host.
This information includes:
- The name of the old host.
- Your FTP login information (IP/Hostname, username, password, and port).
- What files you would like moved over.
- IF we are moving over databases or email accounts, please provide your control panel login information as well.
STEP 3: Submit a Ticket
Once you've gathered the required information, it is time to submit a ticket to our migrations department providing all the information requested above. Please ensure you are submitting a ticket to the appropriate department to ensure the quickest possible migration.
STEP 4: Sit Back and Relax
Congratulations! You have finished everything required on your end. How just leave it up to our dedicated team of professionals to finish the rest! Make sure to periodically check your account. Once the migration has been completed you will receive an update on the support ticket you sent in initially.
